For fortunate Whisky lovers around the world, this ambitious dream was made reality by the passionate and talented distiller Rick Wasmund who is dedicated to making great American spirits which are now recognized across the country and internationally.

Copper Fox products are truly handcrafted using their own hand-malted barley, flavored with local apple and cherry wood smoke, and aged inside used bourbon barrels.

Copper Fox whisky is produced on the Blue Ridge Whisky Wine Loop at their original distillery in the beautiful mountain town of Sperryville, VA and also in Williamsburg, VA.

The main distillery location in Sperryville is brilliantly located in an antique apple processing plant which gives it an unforgettable rustic and charming atmosphere.

The excellent products produced include Single Malt Whisky and Spirit; Rye Whisky and Spirit; Gin; a stunning Peach Wood Single Malt whisky; and more.

The Distillery sells its product on site and provides tours and tastings.

Copper Fox Distillery is open all year. Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
